PRIMALLOY™ A1606C by Mitsubishi Chemical is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) grade composed of a polyester matrix and a rubber domain. Exhibits great durability and excellent heat-sealing with hard resins such as polycarbonate, styrene-based resins (ABS, AES, GPPS and HIPS), PMMS, PET, PBT, PPE/ HIPS, PC/ ABS, PC/PET & PC/PBT. Offers modulus of elasticity with little temperature dependence. Provides resistance to heat, thermal aging, weather degradation and discoloration. Can be processed by injection molding and extrusion in general purpose molding machines. PRIMALLOY® A1706 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a flexible, polyester (base) thermoplastic elastomer. It shows good bonding properties to non olefin plastics. It is compatible with polycarbonate (PC), styrenic resins (ABS, AES, AS GPPS & HIPS), acrylic resin (PMMA), polyester (PET & PBT), PPE alloy (PPE/HIOS), polymer alloy (PC/ABS, PC/PET & PC/PBT) and polyamide resin (PA6, PA12). It suitable for normal molding equipment for thermoplastic. It can be easily colored and easily recycled into itself. It is recommended for automotive components such as door latch, bushing, boots, slide plate, louver and door mirror packing. It is designed for use in miscellaneous daily goods & industrial goods such as pen grip, tooth brush, hand grip, buttons & goggle. It is also recommended for electric/communication such as electric tool hand grip and mobile phone grip. It exhibits excellent heat-, moisture- and weather resistance and low temperature properties. PRIMALLOY® A1706 can be able to keep almost same hardness under wide temperature ranges. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. PRIMALLOY® B1920 by Mitsubishi Chemical is a low hardness, flexible, polyester (base) thermoplastic elastomer. It shows excellent oil resistance, good machine strength at high temperature and good chemical resistance. It exhibits excellent heat-, moisture- & weather resistance and low temperature properties. It is designed for use in miscellaneous daily goods & industrial goods such as pen grip, tooth brush, hand grip, buttons & goggle. It is also recommended for electric/communication such as electric tool hand grip and mobile phone grip. PRIMALLOY® B1920 can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
