Supreme 112 by Master Bond is an exceptionally low viscosity epoxy (EP) system for bonding, sealing, potting, encapsulation and impregnation. It requires elevated
temperature curing. It offers exceptionally long open time, high glass transition temperature, toughness and slightly less rigidity.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It bonds to a wide variety of substrates including metals, composites, glass, and many rubbers and plastics.</li>
<li>It adheres especially well to glass, fibers and ceramics.</li>

room temperature. It dispenses smoothly and easily, without any tailing and is well suited for automatic dispensing equipment.<br>

It is well suited for glob top applications. It does not require any mixing prior to use and has unlimited working life at room temperature.<br>

It is easy to use with a forgiving mix ratio of 100 to 40 by weight or 100 to 50 by volume.<br>

Used in electronic, electro-optic, aerospace and OEM applications. It has a shelf life of 6 months. Supreme 11AOHT meets RoHS and MIL-STD-883J for Thermal Stability. Supreme 62-1 is an electrically insulating, two component epoxy (EP) system by Master Bond. It is an easy to handle grade and exhibits versatile curing schedules, long working life and good toughness. Offers high resistance to chemicals, acid, base, solvent, temperature and thermal cycling. Provides good strength and dimensional stability. Recommended for aerospace, electronic, optical and OEM applications. The shelf life of Supreme 62-1 is 1 year in cans and 6 months in syringes. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications. Supreme 3HTND-2DM by Master Bond is a toughened, one component epoxy (EP) system. Used as a barrier to block flow and for dam-and fill method for chip-on-board encapsulation. Exhibits good electrical insulation, long open time, good dimensional stability, high chemical and thermal cycling resistance. It has low ionic levels of chlorine, sodium and potassium. Recommended for vacuum, aerospace, electro-optic and semiconductor applications. It has a shelf life of 6 months. Supreme 3HTND-2DM meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.
