It is a vacuum compatible grade and exhibits good dimensional stability, high elongation, low shrinkage and high flexibility. Recommended for aerospace, electronic, opto-electronic and OEM applications. It has a shelf life of 3-6 months. MasterSil 151S by Master Bond meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.

MasterSil 151Med by Master Bond is a two component, low viscosity, biocompatible silicone compound for high performance potting and encapsulation. It is an addition cured system and does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking. MasterSil 323AO-LO by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating, two-component silicone for high performance bonding, sealing and gap filling. It exhibits high viscosity, high bond strength, flowability and has a forgiving 1:1 mix ratio by weight.
