MasterSil 323AO-LO by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating, two-component silicone for high performance bonding, sealing and gap filling. It exhibits high viscosity, high bond strength, flowability and has a forgiving 1:1 mix ratio by weight. As an addition cured system, unlike a condensation cure, it does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It contains no solvents or diluents and has very low shrinkage upon curing.</li>
<li>It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates such as glass, metals, ceramics, plastics and many rubbers, including silicones.</li>
<li>It will resist the most aggressive types of thermal cycling and shock.</li>
<li>It imparts almost no residual stress on substrates with different coefficients of expansion when it is thermally cycled.</li>
<li>It is used in many optical, electronic and specialty OEM applications.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 3-6 months at 75°F, in original unopened containers.</li>

It is an addition cured system and does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking. It has a convenient ten to one mix ratio by weight, contains no solvents and will not outgas while curing.<br>

Used for bonding and smaller gap filling. Suitable for electronic components, thermal management and optical applications. The shelf life of MasterSil 151TC by Master Bond is 6 months. Meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications. MasterSil 153Med by Master Bond is a low exotherm, two component silicone rubber system. It is a self priming grade and bonds well with silicone rubber. Provides high electrical insulation, low shrinkage, high flexibility, high temperature- and water resistance. Exhibits high tensile lap shear strength and is used for medical applications. It has a shelf life of 6 months. MasterSil 153Med by Master Bond meets RoHS, USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5 specification for Cytotoxicity. MasterSil 151S by Master Bond is a silver-filled, two component silicone rubber system. It is a vacuum compatible grade and exhibits good dimensional stability, high elongation, low shrinkage and high flexibility. Provides high electrical conductivity, low outgassing and long working life. Offers high resistance to temperature, mechanical and thermal shocks. Recommended for aerospace, electronic, opto-electronic and OEM applications. It has a shelf life of 3-6 months. MasterSil 151S by Master Bond meets RoHS and NASA Low Outgassing specifications.
