It is produced using Catalloy technology, combining a crystalline PP matrix with a finely dispersed elastomeric phase. Exhibits high impact resistance and low CLTE (Coefficient of linear thermal expansion). Hifax TYC 852P E C12719 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive unpainted exterior applications. Complies with End-of-Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC. HIFAX TYC 459P 3004 by LyondellBasell is a water insoluble, dark grey colored polypropylene (PP) copolymer filled with 21% talc. Exhibits high flowability, low shrinkage, good impact/ stiffness balance and high UV resistance. HIFAX TYC 459P 3004 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive exterior trim applications. Complies with End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC. Hifax CA 1110 G4 LS/4 1740 by LyondellBasell is a polypropylene copolymer (PP, Copolymer) grade, filled with 10% talc. Exhibits high flow, good stiffness, resistance to UV and impact. Designed for injection molding processing method. It is recommended for automotive exterior trim. Hifax CA 7153 S by LyondellBasell is a water-insoluble, natural colored, porous polypropylene random copolymer manufactured using LyondellBasell’s proprietary Catalloy process technology. It is tailored for production of liquid dosed concentrates like peroxide master batches. Hifax CA 7153 S complies with EU 1935/2004/EC (framework regulation), EU 2023/2006/EC (GMP), EU 10/2011/EC (PIM), US CONEG Model Legislation for heavy metals, EU Packaging and Packaging Waste 94/62/EC, End of Life Vehicle directive 2000/53/EC and RoHS directive 2002/95/EC & 2011/65/EU. It meets the FDA requirements of 21 CFR 177.1520. Exhibits high melt flow, good dimensional stability, good impact resistance, good processability and good moldability. Offers low temperature impact resistance, low shrinkage, high stiffness and good weather resistance. It is insoluble in water. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Exhibits very good processability, high scratch resistance, excellent UV resistance and low CLTE (Coefficient of Linear Thermal Expansion). Low density contributes to reduction of final part weight. Designed for injection molding process. Recommended for automotive unpainted bumper and exterior trims.
