HOPELEN J-180T by Lotte Chemical is a polypropylene homopolymer grade produced by the polymerization of polypropylene. Exhibits high flow, good stiffness, heat resistance and transparency. Suitable for processing by injection molding. HOPELEN J-180T is used in housewares, general supplies and food containers. HOPELEN H4540 by Lotte Chemical is a polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade manufactured by the spheripol process. Exhibits high slip and good processability. Applications include clothes packaging and food packaging. HOPELEN H4540 complies with RoHS and US FDA (21 CFR 177.1520). HOPELEN FR-160 by Lotte Chemical is a medium melt flow rate, narrow molecular weight distribution polypropylene homopolymer grade. It is formulated with an anti-gas fading stabilization. It is ideally suited for woven & nonwoven applications including staple fiber as well as continuous filament yarn and HTY (high tenacity fiber). HOPELEN FR-160 complies with RoHS, EU 1935/2004/EC, FDA 21CFR 177.1520, CEN standards EN71-3, WEEE, Directive 2012/19/EU and PPW Directive 94/62/EC. HOPELEN Y-130W by Lotte Chemical is a polypropylene homopolymer grade. It contains UV stabilizer for outdoor use. Offers a low flow rate resin with a middle molecular weight distribution. Suitable for woven bags, rope and fishing net. Applications include flat yarns for woven bags, tape and rope. HOPELEN Y-130W complies with FDA and EU No. 10/2011. HOPELEN SFR-171H by Lotte Chemical is a high melt flow rate, narrow molecular weight distribution polypropylene homopolymer grade. It is formulated with an anti-gas fading stabilization. Exhibits high speed processability. Suitable for woven & nonwoven applications including spunbond as well as continuous filament yarn. Typical applications are HTY and spunbond nonwovens. HOPELEN SFR-171H complies with RoHS and FDA 21CFR 177.1520. HOPELEN SFO-130BA-1 by Lotte Chemical is an anti-static polypropylene (PP) homopolymer grade. Exhibits good transparency, extensibility, gloss and printing properties. Designed to be processed in metallizing BOPP film applications. Applications of HOPELEN SFO-130BA-1 include conventional OPP films, general printable BOPP films and tapes. HOPELEN FR-170 by Lotte Chemical is a high melt flow rate, narrow molecular weight distribution polypropylene homopolymer grade. It is formulated with an anti-gas fading stabilization. It contains no peroxide or peroxide decomposition by-products. It is ideally suited for woven & nonwoven applications including staple fiber, continuous filament yarn, HTY (high tenacity fiber) and BCF. Exhibits scratch resistance, high stiffness, heat stability and high surface gloss. It can be processed using injection molding. Suitable for home appliances, toys and small- & middle-sized E&E/ TWIM parts. HOPELEN J-170H complies with RoHS, EU 1935/2004/EC, FDA 21CFR 177.1520, CEN standards EN71-3, WEEE, Directive 2012/19/EU and PPW Directive 94/62/EC. HOPELEN J-120C by Lotte Chemical is a heat resistant, bisphenol-free polypropylene (PP) homopolymer resin. Exhibits good thermal stability, high strength and stiffness. It is insoluble in water. Can be processed using injection molding. Applications include industrial supplies, caps & closures, containers and toys. HOPELEN J-120C complies with RoHS.
