HIPEX® HX6IDN by Kraiburg is a recyclable thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It exhibits excellent heat resistance up to 150°C and excellent resistance against motor & gearbox oil. It is designed for processing by injection molding. HIPEX® HX6IDN is recommended for applications with direct oil contact at high temperatures such as closures, fastenings, flexible connections and seals. It complies with 19707/2006 REACH regulation. HIPEX® by Kraiburg are high-performance thermoplastic elastomer hybrid grades. They are known as a substitute to common rubber solutions. They are used in multicomponent injection molding made up of thermoplastics, for example, PA, PBT, and PP. These TPEs have long-term oil resistance and thermal stability up to 150°C for engine and transmission applications. Another usage is in gear box applications.
