INCIRCLE® IP1601

INCIRCLE® IP1601 by Ingenia is a compatibilizer masterbatch which can be added to multi-material films containing nylon and/or EVOH to design for recycling. Nylon and EVOH typically cannot be evenly dispersed into a polyethylene matrix for recycling. But with the addition of INCIRCLE® IP1601 at very low let-down ratio (LDR), multi-layer film trim can be added back into film production. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The let-down ratio (LDR) is dependent on the film composition. </li> <li> The ratio of IP1601 to polyamide is 1:12, EVOH is 1:13, or polyamide plus EOVH is 1:10 to meet APR Design for Recyclability Recognition. Please note that the ratios have to be exact to use the APR.</li> <li>It is free of animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes and stearates.</li> <li>It is suitable for LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film.</li> <li>INCIRCLE® IP1601 is used in applications such as blown film, cast film, injection molding, blow molding, and sheet extrusion processes.</li> <li>It complies with FDA food contact regulations and CONEG.</li></ul>

IP1866

IP1866 by Ingenia is a polyethylene masterbatch containing purge agents. It is specially formulated with additives and antioxidants to reduce change-over time and scrap while improving manufacturing on-stream time. The film bubble is maintained during the transition.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for use in polyamide and EVOH applications to facilitate the rapid purging of the system.</li> <li>It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates.</li> <li>It is suitable for blown film polyamide purge, cast film polyamide purge, blown film EVOH purge, and cast film EVOH purge applications.</li> <li>IP1866 may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.</li></ul>

IP1851

IP1851 by Ingenia is a polyethylene masterbatch containing purge agents. It is formulated with scrubbing agents and slip agents to rapidly clean out the system and remove degraded and carbonized polymer. It does not contain any animal-based ingredients, dispersion aids, waxes, or stearates. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for blown film purge, cast film purge, blow molding purge, and injection molding purge applications (not for mold cleaning).</li> <li>In blown film applications, the bubble can be maintained during the purging cycle when the product is run neat.</li> <li>It is excellent for resin changes, color changes and for use prior to manual clean-up of the system. </li> <li>It can also be used prior to preventive maintenance and has excellent thermal stability.</li> <li>It is designed for use in LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE applications.</li> <li>IP1851 may be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA and CONEG.</li></ul>
