Dryflex® PIR 853317-2 TPE

Dryflex® PIR 853317-2 TPE by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is a thermoplastic elastomer with 45% recyclate content from post-industrial and post-consumer sources. It showed 43% reduction in carbondioxide emission per kg TPE compared to the equivalent virgin TPE material. It meets regulatory and testing requirements of Porsche PN 780 for VOC and odor rating. It is used in automotive interior components.

Used in soft-touch grips and handles, sealing and closures, automotive, consumer goods, sports equipment, toys and infant care. It is bio-based, recyclable and exhibits good adhesion to PE, PP, ABS, PC/ ABS and PET. Offers good surface finish, haptics as well as UV and heat stability. It can easily be colored to give vibrant and appealing visual impact. Dryflex® SC 70A63G1N A by HEXPOL COMPOUNDING is suitable for processing by injection molding.
