Cellophane™ 340XSB

Cellophane™ 340XSB by Futamura is cellulosic polymer used as a single film for twist-wrap and roll-wrap applications. It is regenerated cellulose film (RCF), based on renewable wood pulp, coated on both sides with polyvinylidene chloride (PVdC) copolymer. It is resistant to oils and greases. It is heat-sealable on both sides. It has excellent gloss and transparency as well as dead-fold characteristics. It inherits anti-static properties and enhanced fine-tone print definition. It provides intermediate barrier to water vapor, gases, and aromas. Cellophane™ 340XSB by Futamura is suitable for use as a single film or in laminate structures for over-wrapping and form-fill seal packaging.

Cellophane™ 360MSB by Futamura is a general purpose white opaque film as a cellulosic polymer. It is suitable for use as a single film or in laminate structures for over wrapping and form-fill-seal packaging. It is used as a single film for twist wrap applications. It offers high gloss and excellent dead-fold characteristics. It is based on renewable wood pulp and coated on both sides with nitrocellulose by a solvent process. It inherits anti-static properties. It provides good barrier to water vapor, gases and aromas. Cellophane™ 360MSB by Futamura shows resistance to greases and oils.

NatureFlex™ NM (23µ)

NatureFlex™ NM (23µ) by Futamura is a regenerated high performance metallized cellulose compostable film based on renewable resources. It is heat-sealable on non-metallized surface. Has excellent dead-fold characteristics, highly receptive surfaces for ease of conversion, ultra high luster and sparkle as well as excellent barrier to UV/visible light transmission. NatureFlex™ NM (23µ) exhibits excellent moisture barrier, inherent anti-static properties, controlled slip characteristics, excellent barrier to gases, aromas, resistant to oils and greases, is cold-seal compatible. Applications include twist wrap and flow-wrap of confectionery, bakery and non-food products.
