It is heat-sealable on both sides, excellent barrier to water vapor, gases, and aromas. It is resistant to oils, greases and has excellent gloss as well as dead-fold characteristics. Inks, adhesives, and tear-tapes adhere to both sides of the film equally well. Anti-static properties and great transparency are built-in. Cellophane™ 280XS is appropriate for overwrapping and form-fill-seal packaging as a single film or in laminate structures.
