Filamentive rPA12 Recycled Nylon Filament by Filamentive is a sustainable, high-performance PA12 (nylon 12) filament made entirely from 100% recycled Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) powder waste. It is manufactured from unused MJF PA12 powder waste sourced exclusively from MJF processes. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It provides outstanding heat and wear resistance, strong mechanical strength with toughness and flexibility, low moisture absorption compared to nylon 6. </li> <li>It has excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases, fuels, solvents, and industrial fluids, good thermal stability with low warping. </li> <li>It shows reliable dimensional performance, while offering smooth extrusion suitable for production-quality parts. </li> <li>It is designed for engineers, designers, and 3D printing operators producing functional prototypes, end-use parts, gears, brackets, clips, jigs, fixtures, tooling aids. </li> <li>It is also used in components for automotive, aerospace, robotics, industrial, and outdoor applications. </li> <li>It reduces demand for virgin petroleum-derived nylon, lowering associated CO<sub>2</sub> emissions, and utilizing recyclable spool and packaging to minimize environmental impact. </li></ul>

PEI ULTEM™ 9085

PEI ULTEM™ 9085 by Filamentive is a high-performance, self-extinguishing polyetherimide grade. Exhibits flame retardancy, low smoke evolution and excellent mechanical performance. It is suitable for desktop fused deposition modelling (FDM) or fused filament fabrication (FFF) technology 3D printing applications. Offers a combination of exceptional dimensional stability, excellent thermal properties and good chemical resistance. Recommended for automotive, aerospace and electrical engineering. PEI ULTEM™ 9085 complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.

PEI ULTEM™ 1010

PEI ULTEM™ 1010 by Filamentive is an amorphous, ultra-performance, inherent flame retardant polyetherimide. Suitable for desktop fused deposition modelling (FDM) or fused filament fabrication (FFF) technology 3D printing applications. Exhibits outstanding strength, low smoke evolution, exceptional dimensional stability and good chemical resistance. It performs in continuous use up to 170°C. Offers superior tensile strength and excellent thermal resistance for an FDM thermoplastic. Recommended temperature for a heated bed is >120°C. PEI ULTEM™ 1010 complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
