VESTODUR® X7212 by Evonik is a self-extinguishing, semi-crystalline, heat- & light stabilized, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 45% glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding. This laser markable grade contains release agent and non-migrating & non-corrosive flame retardant. It exhibits resistance to heat (thermal stability), fire/burn and chemical. It is used for parts of high mechanical and thermal resistance. VESTODUR® X7212 is suitable for electrical and electronics industry. VESTODUR® X9426 is a medium viscosity, halogen-free, flame retardant polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade. Possesses good electrical and hydrolysis properties, good sliding friction behavior, high compressive strength, low coefficient of thermal expansion and low moisture absorption. Provides high thermal stability, high hardness, good strength, high dimensional stability, high flexibility, high limiting oxygen index (LOI), low smoke density and low toxicity smoke emission. Exhibits high stress crack-, chemical-, kink-, crush-, abrasion and creep resistance. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Recommended for optical fiber jacketing, loose tubes and copper wire insulation for use in public construction projects. VESTODUR® X4877 by Evonik is an easy flow, heat stabilized, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It exhibits increased impact strength, higher strain at break & resistance to heat (thermal stability) & chemical. This impact resistant grade contains lubricants & release agent. It is processed by injection molding. It is suitable for manufacture of parts which are subjected to high mechanical and thermal loads. VESTODUR® X4877 is used in automotive applications. VESTODUR® 3000 by Evonik is a hydrolytically stable, high viscosity, unreinforced, semi-crystalline, polybutylene terephthalate resin. It is processed by injection molding and film/profile/sheet extrusion. It exhibits superior thermal and mechanical resistance. This isolating grade offers environmental stress cracking resistance and light stability. VESTODUR® 3000 is recommended for automotive, electrical & electronic and fiber optical cable applications. VESTODUR® GF30 by Evonik is a semi-crystalline, heat stabilized, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It contains release agent and exhibits chemical resistance. This grade is suitable for injection molding of parts with high mechanical and thermal resistance. VESTODUR® GF30 is recommended for automotive applications. VESTODUR® 3013 by Evonik is a high viscosity, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) with improved hydrolysis/hot water resistance. It is processed by film, sheet and profile extrusion. It is an unfilled and hydrolytically stable grade. It is suitable for the manufacture of stiff, small diameter tubing e.g. for loose fiber optic buffers tubes. VESTODUR® 3013 is recommended for automotive, electrical & electronic, industry & building construction and tube & hose applications. VESTODUR® 2000 by Evonik is a medium viscosity, unreinforced, semi-crystalline, polybutylene terephthalate resin. It is processed by injection molding, coating and film & sheet extrusion. This light-stabilized grade exhibits chemical resistance and superior thermal & mechanical resistance. VESTODUR® 2000 is recommended for automotive applications. VESTODUR® GF30-FR3 by Evonik is a self-extinguishing, semi-crystalline, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding. It contains release & antioxidant agent & non-migrating & non-corrosive flame retardant. But, does not contain polybrominated diphenyl ethers. It is suitable for parts which are subjected to high mechanical and thermal loads and must have a very good flame resistance. This laser markable, light-, UV- & heat stabilized grade exhibits resistance to fire/burn and UV/light/weathering. It displays color stability, aging & chemical resistance and non-dripping properties. VESTODUR® GF30-FR3 is suitable for encapsulation, automotive and electrical & electronics industry. VESTODUR® GF10 by Evonik is a semi-crystalline, heat stabilized, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade reinforced with 10% glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding. This grade exhibits high mechanical & thermal resistance and heat (thermal stability) & chemical resistance. It contains release agent. VESTODUR® GF10 is recommended for automotive, electrical & electronic, encapsulation and general purpose applications. VESTODUR® 3030 by Evonik is a high viscosity, isolating, unfilled, polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade. This light- & UV stabilized grade offers improved hydrolysis/hot water and heat resistance. It contains heat stabilizer and is hydrolytically stable. It is processed by injection molding and film/profile/sheet extrusion. VESTODUR® 3030 is suitable for the manufacture of stiff, small diameter tubing e.g. for loose fiber optic buffers tubes. Recommended for automotive, electrical & electronic, industry & building construction and IT & telecommunication applications.
