INFINAM® by Evonik is a class of 3D photopolymers that comprises Polyamide (PA), Polyaryletherketone (PAEK), Polyetheretherketone (PEEK), Thermoplastic amide (TPA) and Thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) materials. These products are delivered in powder (P), filament (F), or liquid (L) forms.

INFINAM® FR 4100L

INFINAM® FR 4100L by Evonik is a photopolymer resin that is both flame retardant and mechanically durable when cured. It is liquid at room temperature and can be printed and further processed to achieve a desired surface feel. Once cured, the resulting product features high elongation at break, good haptics, and an excellent surface finish that can be further machined and polished. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It also exhibits a level of toughness similar to materials made of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) plastic. </li> <li>This fast curing and easy to process resin shows superior resistance to contact with flames, sparks and various types of fuels.</li> <li>It is designed for use with DLP (digital light processing) 3D printers. </li> <li>It is used in aerospace, automotive, electronics and other industrial applications. </li> <li>INFINAM® FR 4100L complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating. </li></ul>

It is 100% substitution of fossil feedstock with bio-circular raw material from waste cooking oil in a mass balancing process. It contributes to both footprint and handprint circular values. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It produces 74% less CO<sub>2</sub> emissions compared to its castor oil-based polyamides. </li> <li> It offers improved carbon footprint rate due to renewable energy use for production. </li> <li>INFINAM® eCO PA12 exhibits excellent processability and stable mechanical properties of 3D printed parts. </li></ul>

INFINAM® RG 2000 L

INFINAM® RG 2000 L by Evonik is high-performance photopolymer for industrial 3D printing applications. It is a photo-resin designed for the eyewear industry. It is fast-curing and easy to process. It exhibits excellent mechanical properties (high toughness) and low water absorption. It is suitable for applications such as microfluidic reactors or transparent high-end prototypes for observing the inner workings of complex assemblies. The excellent light transmission of INFINAM® RG 2000 L also opens further applications such as lenses, light guides and illumination covers.

INFINAM® RG 7100 L

INFINAM® RG 7100 L by Evonik is high-performance photopolymer for industrial 3D printing applications. It is specially designed for DLP printers and enables the production of parts with isotropic properties and low moisture absorption. It is easy to process and offers excellent impact strength. The mechanical properties are comparable to those of an ABS material and the black colored formulation can also be used on high throughput printer systems. It exhibits fine features such as smooth and glossy surfaces making the new photopolymer ideal for demanding design visualizations. INFINAM® RG 7100 L can also be used in applications such as drones, buckles and automotive parts that require high ductility combined with high impact strength. The printed parts can be machined and remain fracture resistant even when subjected to high forces.

It is designed for manufacture of drones, buckles and automotive parts. 3D components printed from INFINAM® RG 3101 L can be processed by machine and remain fracture-resistant even when subjected to strong forces.
