Stanyl® TW241F10 by Envalior is a high-performance, lubricated, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It has an excellent track record in gear applications and structural parts. Stanyl® HGR2 BK00001 by Envalior is a high-performance, non-reinforced, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade. It is a friction-modified high heat grade designed for friction-reduction in valve timing-chain systems that offers excellent wear & friction properties in combination with low friction.
