Pocan® BFN4232ZHR S1 by Envalior is a halogen-free, flame-retardant PBT that combines the strengths of PBT and polyamide 6/66. It offers dimensional stability, low electro-corrosion and strong electrical insulation at high temperatures, along with hydrolysis resistance, creep resistance and at break comparable to polyamide.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It exhibits high elongation at break and good tracking resistance. </li><li> It is ideal for use in connectors for ultrafast high-voltage charging, secondary 48-volt board supply and AI data center applications. </li><li>It is free from halogenated ingredients and also contains no polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS).</li><li> It also has applications in housings and electrical components in the rapidly growing market for smart grid devices. </li><li> Pocan® BFN4232ZHR S1 achieves a CTI A rating of 600 (IEC 60112), meeting the highest insulation class (IEC 60664-1) even in orange and black-unique for 25% glass fiber-reinforced PBT.</li></ul> Pocan® BFN4221Z by Envalior is an impact modified, flame retardant PBT grade. It exhibits high elongation at break thus ensuring excellent thermal-shock behavior. It meets stringent safety requirements. It ensures superior electrical reliability under high-voltage conditions. Pocan® BFN4221Z is recommended for use in EV batteries. Pocan® B4235 by Envalior is a flame retardant, 30% glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). It offers improved flowability. Pocan® B3215XF 000000 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Pocan® B1200 000000 by Envalior is a non-reinforced polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade. It can be processed using extrusion and injection molding. Pocan® B1200 000000 is suitable for food contact. Pocan® B1301 000000 by Envalior is a non-reinforced, polybutylene terephthalate grade. It is processed by injection molding. Pocan® B1301 000000 is suitable for food contact. Pocan® C5211 000000 by Envalior is a polybutylene terephthalate and polycarbonate (PBT + PC) blend reinforced with 10% mineral. It offers low tendency to warp and improved surface finish & impact strength. Pocan® C5211 000000 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Pocan® KU2-7018 000000 S1 by Envalior is non-reinforced polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). It offers improved impact strength. Pocan® KU2-7018 000000 S1 is suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Pocan® B3216XHR 000000 by Envalior is a hydrolysis stabilized polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 16% glass fiber. It offers improved impact strength. Pocan® polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and its blends by Enavalior are available as injection molding grades, as well as extrusion grades for semi-finished products, foils and cable sheathing, as well as non-reinforced products, and glass-fiber reinforced, glass-sphere, or mineral-filled products.
