Pocan® BFN4232ZHR S1 by Envalior is a halogen-free, flame-retardant PBT that combines the strengths of PBT and polyamide 6/66. It offers dimensional stability, low electro-corrosion and strong electrical insulation at high temperatures, along with hydrolysis resistance, creep resistance and at break comparable to polyamide.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It exhibits high elongation at break and good tracking resistance. </li><li> It is ideal for use in connectors for ultrafast high-voltage charging, secondary 48-volt board supply and AI data center applications. </li><li>It is free from halogenated ingredients and also contains no polyfluorinated alkyl substances (PFAS).</li><li> It also has applications in housings and electrical components in the rapidly growing market for smart grid devices. </li><li> Pocan® BFN4232ZHR S1 achieves a CTI A rating of 600 (IEC 60112), meeting the highest insulation class (IEC 60664-1) even in orange and black-unique for 25% glass fiber-reinforced PBT.</li></ul> Pocan® B4235 by Envalior is a flame retardant, 30% glass fiber reinforced polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). Exhibits improved impact strength, low tendency to warp and high stiffness. Possesses high heat-, chemical-, solvent-, lubricant-, fuel-, cleaning fluid- and abrasion resistance. Shows dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent slip properties, good strength and hardness. Provides low susceptibility to stress cracking, low surface friction, and low moisture absorption, easy processing with rapid solidification and fast cycles. Suitable for processing by injection molding and extrusion. Pocan® S1506 000000 can be used in electrical and electronics industry. Complies with the requirements of EU Directive (2002/95/EC0), RoHS directive and REACH. Pocan® B1703 000000 by Envalior is a non-reinforced, polybutylene terephthalate grade. It is processed by injection molding and extrusion. Pocan® B1703 000000 is suitable for food contact. Pocan® B3233XHR 000000 by Envalior is a hydrolysis stabilized polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It offers improved flowability. Pocan® B3233XHR 000000 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Pocan® BFN2502 000000 by Envalior is an unreinforced, halogen-free, flame retarded polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade. It exhibits high elongation at break and excellent laser transmission weldability. It offers excellent dimensional stability and very good electrical insulation. Pocan® BFN2502 000000 is designed for processing using circulating air dryer injection molding. Pocan® B500 000000 by Envalior is unreinforced polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) grade. It offers improved flowability. It is suitable for processing by using injection molding and extrusion. Pocan® B500 000000 is food contact acceptable. Pocan® C1202LT 904040 by Envalior is a non-reinforced, polybutylene terephthalate and polycarbonate (PBT+PC) blend. It is a NIR-laser transparent coloring (black) grade. This grade possesses low tendency to warp, improved impact strength and laser transparency. Pocan® C1202LT 904040 is processed by injection molding. Pocan® B1205HR 000000 by Envalior is a hydrolysis stabilized, non-reinforced polybutylene terephthalate (PBT). Pocan® B1205HR 000000 is suitable for processing by injection molding.
