Novamid® ID 1030-CF10 by Envalior is a polyamide 6/66 grade filled with 10% carbon-fiber. It is 3D printable at same speed as unreinforced plastics. It creates parts that are stronger, tougher and stiffer with high tensile strength and modulus. It offers very low warpage compared to unfilled polyamide (PA). It produces structural parts with high dimensional stability and durable parts with good mechanical properties due to high inter-layer strength. It shows a characteristic matte black surface finish with less roughness. Novamid® ID 1030-CF10 is available in spools of 1.75 and 2.85 mm. Novamid® 2030J by Envalior is additive-free, polyamide 6/66 grade. This food contact quality grade is suitable for processing by film extrusion. Novamid® ID 1070 by Envalior is a very ductile and strong, high-performance, high-value polyamide copolymer grade present as filaments. It can withstand harsh environments and high temperatures of up to 150 degrees Celsius. Novamid® ID 1070 offers excellent layer-to-layer adhesion, strength and toughness compared to other 3D printing materials using fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology. The high crystallinity of the polymer allows for designs with overhangs. Possible applications include automotives and packaging industry. Novamid® 1015NT8 by Envalior is a flame retarded polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. It possesses chemical resistance and improved impact properties. Novamid® 1015NT8 is designed for processing by injection molding. Novamid® 1010C2 by Envalior is a high flow, easy molding, lubricated, nucleated, polyamide 6 grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It offers good chemical resistance, fast flow-ability and smooth surface appearance. Novamid® 2430A by Envalior is a high-viscosity, polyamide 6/66 grade. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. It offers transparency and high lubrication. It is used in monofilament. Novamid® 2030CA FC by Envalior is a lubricated, high viscosity, nucleated, polyamide 6/66 grade. This food contact quality grade is suitable for processing by film extrusion. It offers enhanced flexibility, transparency and stretchability of the film. Novamid® 1030 by Envalior is a lubricated polyamide 6 (nylon 6) food contact grade. It offers high viscosity and chemical resistance. Novamid® 1030 is suitable for processing by extrusion. Novamid® 2430A3 (N-X158) by Envalior is a lubricated, polyamide 6-66 (nylon 6-66) monofilament grade. It offers improved processing, high viscosity and good chemical resistance. It is processed by extrusion. Novamid® 1010CH1 by Envalior is a low viscosity, polyamide 6 grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
