EcoPaXX® Q-E7300 by Envalior is a castor oil based high-performance polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) that is particularly suitable for use in high-tech applications due to its low moisture absorption and excellent mechanical properties. It exhibits excellent chemical resistance combined with a very high melting point and high crystallization rate. EcoPaXX® Q-E7300 is suitable for tube extrusion and injection molding applications. EcoPaXX® Q150-D by Envalior is a bio-based, high-performance, low/medium viscosity, long aliphatic polyamide (PA410) based on castor oil. It offers low moisture uptake, good dimensional stability and excellent retention of properties. This food contact quality grade is less damaging to the environment and has the potential to be completely green. It has the usual mechanical properties, but it combines a high melting point of about 250°C (the highest of all biological nylons) and a high rate of crystallization (faster and more efficient production). It possesses stiffness (highest among all long-chain polyamides) and toughness, especially against bending. EcoPaXX® Q150-D also performs reliably in extreme heat and is resistant to chemicals and hydrolysis, which makes it suitable for various demanding applications. It is processed by injection molding. It is used in automotive industry for central flooring, door panels & wheels and coolant expansion tanks. EcoPaXX® Q-KV by Envalior is a flame retarded, halogen- and phosphorus-free, bio-based, long aliphatic polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) grade. It contains UL94 V2 & CTI 600V rating with high flow and ductility. It provides excellent retention of electric properties upon humidity uptake and good chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. EcoPaXX® Q-KV is used in automotive applications. EcoPaXX® Q170E-H B-MB by Envalior is a 70% bio-based, heat stabilized, unfilled long aliphatic polyamide 4-10 with good thermal properties. It exhibits medium viscosity and good chemical resistance. It is suitable for food contact applications. EcoPaXX® Q170E-H B-MB is suitable for processing by film & monofilament extrusion and injection molding. EcoPaXX® Q210E-HU by Envalior is a high viscosity, 70% bio-based, long aliphatic polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) food contact quality grade. It offers heat stability, excellent wear & friction properties at high humidity. It is suitable for processing by film extrusion and injection molding. It exhibits good chemical resistance. EcoPaXX® Q210E-HU is used in gears, food conveyer, belt parts and abrasive monofilaments. It is produced via underwater granulation. EcoPaXX® Q-KS by Envalior is a versatile halogen- & phosphorus-free, flame-retarded, bio-based, high-performance long aliphatic polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) grade. It contains UL94 V0 & CTI 600V rating with high flow and ductility. It offers excellent retention of electric properties upon humidity uptake and good chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. EcoPaXX® Q-KS is used in automotive applications. EcoPaXX® Q210E-H by Envalior is a high viscosity, heat stabilized, non-reinforced, long aliphatic polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) grade. It offers excellent wear & friction properties at high humidity. It is produced from tropical castor beans and contains 70% bio-based content. It exhibits low moisture absorption & very high melting point. This grade offers a high crystallization rate, exceptional performance and excellent chemical resistance. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding. It is used in abrasive brush monofilaments for consumer goods and appliances. Also, used in gears & food conveyor belt parts. It is certified 100% carbon neutral from cradle to gate. It allows for reliable solutions due to higher temperature & abrasion resistance leading to longer lifetimes as compared to PA610. EcoPaXX® Q210E-H meets with REACH regulation. EcoPaXX® Q170E-H by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, unfilled, long-chain aliphatic polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) grade with good thermal properties. It possesses medium viscosity and very high melting point. It is made from tropical castor beans and contains 70% bio-based content. It exhibits high crystallization rate, low moisture absorption, outstanding performance and excellent chemical resistance. This food contact quality grade is processed by film & monofilament extrusion and injection molding. It is used in automotive industry for central flooring, door panels & wheels and coolant expansion tanks. EcoPaXX® Q170E-H conforms to REACH regulations and is certified 100% carbon neutral from cradle to gate. EcoPaXX® Q-HXGM24 by Envalior is a heat-stabilized, 10% glass fiber-reinforced, 20% mineral-reinforced, high-performance, long aliphatic polyamide (PA410) based on castor oil. It is processed by injection molding. It possesses excellent surface aesthetics, low warpage, good thermal properties and high flow. It offers exceptional performance in the most demanding of environments. Also, exhibits excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, combined with a very high melting point (highest of all bio-plastics) and high crystallization rate (typical for engineering plastics like PA66 and PA46). EcoPaXX® Q-HXGM24 is used in beauty covers. It is used in automotive industry for central flooring, door panels & wheels and coolant expansion tanks. EcoPaXX® Q-KG5 by Envalior is a long chain aliphatic polyamide 4-10 (PA 4-10) grade reinforced with 25% glass fiber. It is processed by injection molding and extrusion. This grade exhibits low moisture uptake and good flow. It offers exceptional performance in the most demanding of environments. Also, exhibits excellent chemical resistance, and low moisture absorption, combined with a very high melting point (highest of all bio-plastics) and high crystallization rate (typical for engineering plastics like PA66 and PA46). It is used in precision parts and connectors. EcoPaXX® Q-KG5 meets with REACH regulations and is certified 100% carbon neutral from cradle to gate.
