Durethan® FLX-RTM by Envalior is an easy flowing, heat stabilized, impact modified polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. It offers excellent low‑temperature mechanical performance and melt flow for complex geometries. It is suitable for rotational molding of tank liners.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It offers a highly economical single‑stage process that produces homogeneous components-eliminating pinch‑off seams typical of extrusion blow‑molded liners and weld seams required in multi-part injection‑molded designs.</li>
<li> It provides low hydrogen permeability, providing a high barrier against small gas molecules. </li>
<li>It shows good compatibility with liquid fuels, including CE10 gasoline and other apolar liquids.</li>
<li> Durethan® FLX-RTM also provides exceptional toughness at temperatures down to –40°C along with high elongation, flexibility and ductility.</li> Durethan® ECOAKV30H2.0 by Envalior is 25% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. Durethan® ECOAKV30H2.0 is a heat-aging stabilized and suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® BLUEB31F by Envalior is a halogen-free flame-retardant, unreinforced polyamide 6 (PA 6). It is low viscosity, food contact quality grade and contains no additives. It is partially crystalline thermoplastic which offers an ideal combination of properties, especially for technical applications. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It provides high mechanical strength, stiffness and good dielectric properties. </li> <li> It offers high resistance to both heat and chemical attack, and good friction and wear properties. </li> <li>Durethan® BLUEB31F is suitable for processing by film extrusion. </li> </ul> Durethan® BKV60H2.0EF DUS060 by Envalior is an engineering thermoplastic based on polyamide 6 and polyamide 66. It is specifically a circular compound made with around 90% sustainable raw materials using the ISCC Plus mass balance approach. <br>

It contains 30% recycled content. It exhibits high mechanical strength, stiffness and good dielectric properties. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It offers high resistance to heat and chemical attack, good friction and wear properties. </li> <li> It is suitable for processing by injection molding. </li> <li> Durethan® ECOAKV30H2.0 is recommended for technical applications. </li> </ul> Durethan® ECOBKV50H2.0EF 900116 by Envalior is 50% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 (PA 6) grade. It is heat-aging stabilized and offers improved flowability. Durethan® ECOBKV50H2.0EF 900116 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® ECOAKV35H2.0 901510 SR1 by Envalior is 35% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® ECOAKV35H2.0 901510 SR1 is heat-aging stabilized and offers an improved surface finish. Durethan® ECOAKV30HRH2.0 901510 by Envalior is 30% glass fiber reinforced polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade. It is heat-aging and hydrolysis stabilized. Durethan® ECOAKV30HRH2.0 901510 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Durethan® BC 304 H3.0 000000 by Envalior is a heat aging stabilized, impact modified polyamide (PA 6) grade. Possesses high mechanical strength, good electrical insulation properties and high stiffness. Exhibits good toughness, low friction, dynamic load bearing properties and good processability. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. Shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °C over the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include barrier layers in coextrusion blow molded containers for e.g. agrochemicals. Durethan® BC 304 H3.0 000000 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS. Durethan® BKV 25 H2.0 LT 904040 by Envalior is a black pigmented, heat aging stabilized polyamide (PA 6) grade reinforced with 25 % glass fiber. Possesses high mechanical strength, high stiffness, good electrical insulation & welding properties. Exhibits low friction, dynamic load bearing properties, good processability, laser and IR transparency. Provides high wear-, abrasion-, shock & fracture resistance and the attenuation of noise and vibration. Shows high resistance to heat (170 to 200 °C over the short term; 80 to 160 °C long-term) and chemicals such as fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for automotive, electrical/electronics industries and buildings & constructions industries. Durethan® BKV 25 H2.0 LT 904040 complies with REACH (Regulation EC No. 1907/2006) and RoHS.
