Arnitel® Eco L400 by Envalior is a high performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade, containing 52% renewable content. It is a non-reinforced and non-flame retardant compound. Shows resistance to stain and scratch. Possesses a unique combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance and strength with excellent processing characteristics. Exhibits good aesthetics, reduced environmental impact and system cost. Designed for processing by injection molding. Arnitel® Eco L400 is used in smokable sausage casings. Other possible applications include automotive, electrical and electronics. Arnitel® ID 2045 by Envalior is a highly flexible, high performance thermoplastic copolyester grade present as filament and containing greater than 50% renewable content. Exhibits excellent UV and chemical resistance compared to other flexible polymers such as thermoplastic urethanes (TPUs), and those reaching elongation at break up to 400%. Arnitel® ID 2045 shows no buckling and offers a higher print speed than other thermoplastic elastomers. Also exhibits unparalleled layer-to-layer adhesion when compared with the available ABS, PLA and TPU filaments in the 3D printing market using fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology. Arnitel® Eco L550 by Envalior is a high-performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) compound, containing 34% renewable content. Shows good aesthetics, stain- and scratch resistance. It is an unfilled and non-flame retardant grade. Exhibits a unique combination of flexibility, high-temperature resistance and strength with excellent processing characteristics. Offers reduced environmental impact and system cost. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Arnitel® Eco L550 is used in smokable sausage casings. Other possible applications include automotive, electrical and electronics. Arnitel® EE8479 by Envalior is a thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade. It offers broad tactile properties with superior touch and feel. It shows high tear-, chemical-, and abrasion resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Arnitel® EE8479 is used in consumer goods and phone cases. Arnitel® CMB E1-BK by Envalior is a thermoplastic copolyetherester (TPC) elastomer masterbatch? filled with 20% carbon black. It offers excellent flexibility at low temperatures and good heat and chemical resistance. Arnitel® CMB E1-BK is suitable for injection molding and extrusion applications. Arnitel® HM7118 by Envalior is a high performance thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade. It exhibits chemical resistance. Arnitel® HM7118 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Arnitel® VT7812 by Envalior is a ?PFC-free, 100% recyclable and biodegradable thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) grade. It offers chemical resistance and is suitable for processing by film extrusion and injection molding. It provides high breathability and 100% waterproof performance. Arnitel® VT7812 is used in medical gowns. Arnitel® HT8027 by Envalior is a heat resistant, high performance, thermoplastic copolyester (COPE) grade. It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by injection molding, blow molding and extrusion applications. This grade is used in clean air inlet ducts and hot charged air ducts. It allows weight and cost reduction of upto 50%. It is suitable for different connector systems (e.g. HENN). It offers chemical resistance and high heat aging at 180°C for 3000 hours. It provides less potential of leakage, less pressure loss, fast- and easy processing. It allows for light weight solutions (50% lighter than rubber & metal) and reliable solutions due to its perfect combination of high (aging) temperature resistance and good flexibility. Arnitel® HT8027 complies with CONEG, RoHS and REACH regulations. Arnitel® ECO M700 by Envalior is a high performance, non-reinforced, non-flame retardant, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC) compound, containing 22% renewable content. It shows good aesthetics, durability, good combination of flexibility, high temperature resistance up to 200°C and strength with excellent processing characteristics. This food contact quality grade provides stain-, chemical- and scratch resistance. It exhibits reduced environmental impact and system cost. It is processed by extrusion and injection molding. Arnitel® ECO M700 is used in smokable sausage casings, bio-based pan liners, cooking bag with extreme elasticity and soft touch & feel and snowboard cover laminates. Arnitel® PL461 by Envalior is a high-performance, high flow, non-reinforced & non-flame retardant, thermoplastic copolyester (TPC). It is a lighter, smarter, greener alternative to conventional rubbers thus, reducing environmental impact. It is processed by injection molding. It possesses creep resistance, strength & excellent processing characteristics. It offers chemical resistance against household chemicals like cleaning agents, sunscreen lotion and automotive greases and oils. It allows for reliable solutions due to high flexibility in various temperature regimes, excellent colorability and color stability. It enables airless design, eliminating down time & labor for flat tire service. This grade displays extended service life: 2-3 times longer than traditional pneumatic tires. It offers high load performance and flex fatigue endurance. It allows for cost effective solutions since it yields thermoplastic processing advantages over rubber, resulting in faster cycle times in comparison with other TPE's. It provides high abrasion resistance, excellent load bearing capacity and environmental resistance and very consistent performance over temperature ranges from -55°C (-67°F) to +150°C (+300°F) and longest lifetime. Arnitel® PL461 is used in bed & support springs, cosmetic & soap dispensers, non-pneumatic wheel and railway pads. It meets ISO 18064 for TPC-ET.
