Akulon® F130-C1 by Envalior is a lubricated, medium viscosity polyamide 6 grade. It has good food contact quality and offers good chemical resistance to various solvents. Used in consumer goods and packaging for sterilized surgical devices. Suggested for biaxially oriented films (BOPA) for cheese-, fish-, meat- and medical packaging applications. Akulon® F130-C1 is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. Akulon® N22D by Envalior is a low-viscosity, polyamide 6 grade. It contains a release agent. It exhibits chemical resistance. Akulon® N22D is suitable for processing by injection molding. Akulon® XS32-E2 (FC-X9200) by Envalior is a high-viscosity, food-contact polyamide 6 copolymer. It is nucleated and lubricated. It can be processed by cast film extrusion. Akulon® XS32-E2 (FC-X9200) is used in food packaging films for consumer goods. Akulon® K222-KGV4 /A by Envalior is a halogen-free, phosphorous-free, flame-retardant polyamide 6 grade reinforced with 20% glass fiber. It contains a release agent. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Akulon® K222-KGV4 /A is heat stabilized and exhibits chemical resistance. Akulon® XS36-C1 (FC-X9224) by Envalior is a very high viscosity, lubricated, food contact polyamide 6 copolymer. It possesses a lower crystallization speed compared to PA6. It is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. Akulon® XS36-C1 (FC-X9224) is used in biaxially oriented co-extrusion film applications and food packaging films for consumer goods. Akulon® S240-CH by Envalior is a food contact, polyamide 66 grade. It contains release agent and exhibits chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Akulon® F130-E6 (F-X9307) by Envalior is a medium viscosity, lubricated polyamide 6 grade. It has good food contact quality and contains anti-blocking agent. Akulon® F130-E6 (F-X9307) is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. Akulon® S227-C by Envalior is a medium viscosity, lubricated polyamide 66 grade. It exhibits good chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. It is used in food contact applications. Akulon® XS36-E2 (FC-X9201) by Envalior is a very high viscosity, food contact polyamide 6 copolymer. It is suitable for processing by cast film extrusion. It is nucleated and lubricated. It is used in food packaging films for consumer goods. Akulon® K222-KGV4 by Envalior is a flame retardant, halogen- & phosphorous-free, 20% glass-reinforced polyamide 6 grade. Suitable for processing by injection molding. Designed for electrical components and power distribution applications like contactors, fuse holder, motor starter/ overload relays, residual current devices, switch base, miniature- and molded case circuit breakers. Akulon® K222-KGV4 is heat stabilized and offers good chemical resistance.
