Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester MP100 by Eastman is a BPA- and phthalate-free amorphous copolyester grade. It is clear, sustainable, provides heat and chemical resistance. It is suitable for most forms of sterilization except for autoclave/steam sterilization. It can be processed via extrusion, thermoforming, heat & radio frequency sealing. Films manufactured from this co-polyester can be thermoformed with a wide processing window. Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester MP100 is used in device packaging and medical applications such as extruded medical films and sheeting and rigid and sterile packaging.

Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester MX731 by Eastman is a high flow medical grade copolyester.<br> It is clear, amorphous and possesses excellent toughness and hydrolytic stability.</li> <li>It also offers good heat and chemical resistance and good color stability upon ETO and gamma sterilization.</li> <li>It has good melt flowability and viscosity reductions of 40-50% relative to Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester MX711.</li> <li>It can be used for injection molding applications.</li> <li>It is used in medical devices such as IV Components.</li> <li>Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester MX731 has been tested for FDA/ISO 10993 and USP Class VI Biological Evaluation testing after Gamma and ETO sterilization.</li></ul>

Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester TX1000

Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester TX1000 by Eastman is a clear and amorphous copolyester grade. It possesses excellent toughness and hydrolytic stability. It also offers high impact, heat and chemical resistance. It can be molded into various applications without incorporating high levels of residual stress. The products formed can be used in high heat, humidity conditions with aggressive cleaning detergents. It is easy to process and has applications in small kitchen appliances, consumer goods, housewares and dishwashers. Eastman Tritan™ Copolyester TX1000 follows United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 51 for Food Equipment Materials.
