Eastar™ Copolyester DN004HF by Eastman is a polyester grade. It has high flow characteristics and superior mechanical properties. It has high clarity, toughness and offers good chemical resistance. It is easy to process and can fill intricate tools. It is processed by injection molding and is used in personal care and cosmetics and displays. Eastar™ Copolyester DN004HF by Eastman has been GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. Eastar™ Copolyester MN021 Natural by Eastman is a thermoplastic condensation copolymer produced by a continuous melt-phase polymerization process followed by a solid-state polymerization process. It is crystallized. It possesses Gamma and E-beam color stability and chemical resistance to most medical solvents including lipids and IPA. It is processed by injection molding and is used for medical applications such as drug delivery and labware. Eastar™ Copolyester MN021 Natural complies with FDA/ISO 10993 and has been tested for USP Class VI Biological Evaluation testing after Gamma and EtO sterilization. It is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. Eastar™ Copolyester MN200, Natural by Eastman is an amorphous polyester grade. It has excellent flow characteristics and provides radiation as well as chemical resistance. It is processed by injection molding and has applications in medical field. It is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. Eastar™ Copolyester MN005 by Eastman is a polyester grade. It has high clarity, Gamma and E-beam color stability and excellent flow characteristics and mechanical properties. It provides good toughness, radiation resistance and chemical resistance to most medical solvents including lipids and IPA. It is easy to process and can fill intricate tools. Eastar™ Copolyester MN005 is processed by injection molding and contains a mold release. It is used in displays and personal care/cosmetics along with medical applications such as blood therapy, drug delivery, IV components and surgical instruments. It complies with FDA/ISO 10993 and has been tested for USP Class VI Biological Evaluation testing after Gamma and EtO sterilization. It is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. Eastar™ Copolyester MN006 Natural by Eastman is a polyester grade. It offers high clarity, excellent impact strength and low shrinkage rates. It also possesses Gamma and E-beam color stability and chemical resistance to most medical solvents including lipids and IPA. It is processed by injection molding and contains a mold release. It has applications in suction and drainage and also in medical applications such as blood therapy, drug delivery, IV components and surgical instruments. It complies with FDA/ISO 10993 and has been tested for USP Class VI Biological Evaluation testing after Gamma and EtO sterilization. It is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. Eastar™ Polyester EN052 by Eastman is a thermoplastic condensation copolymer produced by a continuous melt-phase polymerization process followed by a solid-state polymerization process. It is crystallized. It is processed by injection molding and has applications in general consumer products, oral hygiene and personal care and cosmetics. It is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. Eastar™ Copolyester MN058 by Eastman is a polyester grade. It offers high clarity, excellent impact strength, dimensional stability and low shrinkage rates. It also possesses Gamma and E-beam color stability and chemical resistance to most medical solvents including lipids and IPA. It is processed by injection molding and doesn't contain a mold release or ultraviolet stabilizer. It is used for medical applications such as drug delivery and labware. It complies with FDA/ISO 10993 and has been tested for USP Class VI Biological Evaluation testing after Gamma and EtO sterilization. It is GREENGUARD INDOOR AIR QUALITY CERTIFIED®. Eastar™ Copolyester MN211, Natural by Eastman is a polyester grade. It offers high clarity, excellent impact strength, dimensional stability and low shrinkage rates. It also possesses Gamma and E-beam color stability and chemical resistance to most medical solvents including lipids and IPA. It is processed by injection molding and does not contain a mold release. It is used for medical applications such as blood therapy, drug delivery, IV components and surgical instruments. It has high clarity and transparency, good physical properties and easy processing. It possesses good chemical resistance and toughness. It is processed by injection molding and contains a mold release. It is used in appliances, consumer electronics, personal care/ cosmetics and stationery supplies.
