It complies with RoHS and EC 1907/2006 (REACH). TECHNYL STAR® S 60X1 V30 NC by DOMO Chemicals is a halogen- & red phosphorus-free, flame retarded, patented high flow polyamide 6. This heat stabilized grade is reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits outstanding surface finish, good arc-, corrosion- and low temperature impact resistance. It can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for electrical/ electronics applications such as connectors. TECHNYL STAR® S 60X1 V30 NC complies with EC 1907/2006 (REACH) and RoHS. TECHNYL STAR® S 218 MT40 NC by DOMO Chemicals is a heat aging stabilized (inorganic), patented high-flow polyamide 6 grade reinforced with 40% mineral. Exhibits good mechanical properties, high melt fluidity, low warpage and outstanding surface finish. It can be processed by injection molding. Recommended for automotive applications such as handles. TECHNYL STAR® S 218 MT40 NC complies with RoHS and REACH EC 1907/2006 regulations. TECHNYL STAR® S 60G1 V30 GREY R7016 CF by DOMO Chemicals is a halogen-free, flame retardant, patented high flow, heat stabilized polyamide 6 (Nylon 6, PA 6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is available in the form of pellets. Exhibits good mold release, outstanding surface finish, good arc-, corrosion- and low-temperature impact resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for electrical/electronics applications such as connectors. TECHNYL STAR® SX 218 V50 BLACK 38N-K by DOMO Chemicals is a heat-stabilized, high flow polyamide 6 (nylon 6) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It offers good mechanical strength and excellent surface aspect. Exhibits high fluidity and easy processability. TECHNYL STAR® SX 218 V50 BLACK 38N-K is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in automotive side mirror base plate, bracket and housing for electric parts where high rigidity is required. It complies with REACH regulations. TECHNYL STAR® AF 218 V40 BLACK 21N by DOMO Chemicals is a heat stabilized, high flow polyamide 66 (PA 66) grade reinforced with 40% glass fiber. Offers an excellent combination between thermal and mechanical properties. Exhibits high fluidity, easy processability, and good surface aspect of finished parts. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. TECHNYL STAR® AF 218 V40 BLACK 21N is used in automotive engine components like pulleys, inlet manifolds, air ducts and engine covers and non automotive applications that require a good balance between surface aspect, thermal and mechanical behavior.
