Bayblend® T90 HT

Bayblend® T90 HT by Covestro is a polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and high heat resistance. Possesses good paintability and high flow. Provides low emission, high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Bayblend® T90 HT by Covestro is suitable as supporting material for energized parts.

Apec® DP1-9354

Apec® DP1-9354 by Covestro is a linear, amorphous and flame retardant co-polycarbonate grade. Provides high viscosity, toughness, low-temperature impact strength, glass-like transparency, good metallization and high dimensional accuracy and stability. Exhibits good electrical properties, impact resistance, high heat resistance (between 158°C and 203°C) and good resistance to saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, dilute mineral acids, and both neutral and acid salt solutions. Shows good weatherability, flowability and broad temperature range from -30°C to +200°C. Apec® DP1-9354 by Covestro can be processed by injection molding. Is suitable to be used as a replacement for glass, metal or standard polycarbonate in high-heat applications. Recommended for electrical and electronic markets for TV housings, computer frames, electrical appliances, switches, lamp-covers and glazing applications.
