Makrolon® Rx1805 by Covestro is a high viscosity, polycarbonate (PC) grade. It is suitable for sterilization with high-energy radiation. It exhibits easy release, high lipid resistance, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties.<br>

It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in high voltage & Li-ion battery application such as electric vehicles and battery packaging. Makrolon® 1248 by Covestro is a medium viscosity polycarbonate (PC) grade. It exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties. It provides high transparency and outstanding break resistance.<br>

It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Makrolon® 2805 is used in electrical and electronic applications. Makrolon® 2458 by Covestro is a low viscosity polycarbonate (PC) grade. It is suitable for EtO and steam sterilization at 121°C. It exhibits easy release, high heat resistance, good toughness, good dimensional stability, high creep modulus and good electrical insulation properties. It offers high-flow, good transparency, high impact strength, chemical and hydrolysis resistance. It is processed by injection molding. Makrolon® 2458 is recommended for medical applications like in epinephrine auto-injector. It is biocompatible according to ISO 10993-1 test requirements. Makrolon® LED5902 FR by Covestro is a UV stabilized, flame-retardant polycarbonate grade with easy release. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Makrolon® LED5902 FR complies with UL 94 V-0 and 5VA flame rating. Makrolon® R90 by Covestro is a polycarbonate grade containing up to 90 percent post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. <br>
