BAYFLEX® MP-10000 IMR by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade containing internal mold release (IMR). It is comprised of two liquid components diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Provides strong adhesion and excellent releasability. Offers rapid demold time, excellent integrity at demold and outstanding physical properties. BAYFLEX® MP-10000 IMR is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in rollers, gaskets and encapsulated windows. BAYFLEX® XGT-2 Unfilled by Covestro is a two liquid component (modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol) solid urethane elastomer grade. Offers sound absorption, softness and extended gel time. BAYFLEX® XGT-2 Unfilled is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in floor coverings in heavy trucks or equipments and seals, gaskets & wire harness type applications. BAYFLEX® XGT-2DP Unfilled by Covestro is an unfilled solid urethane elastomer grade, consisting of modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Offers sound absorption, softness and extended gel time. BAYFLEX® XGT-2DP Unfilled is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in floor coverings in heavy trucks or equipments and seals, gaskets & wire harness type applications. BAYFLEX® XGT-2 Filled by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 50% barium sulphate filler. It is comprised of two liquid components: modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Offers sound absorption, softness and extended gel time. BAYFLEX® XGT-2 Filled is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in floor coverings in heavy trucks or equipments and seals, gaskets & wire harness type applications. BAYFLEX® XGT-2DP Filled by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 50% barium sulphate filler. BAYFLEX® WR-20 by Covestro is a weather-resistant, two liquid component (diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol) solid urethane elastomer grade. Offers rapid de-mold time, excellent integrity at demold, improved release characteristic and outstanding physical properties. It eliminates the need for post-painting or in-mold coatings. BAYFLEX® WR-20 is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in rollers, gaskets and automotive encapsulated windows. BAYFLEX® XGT-100 (Glass filled) by Covestro is a two liquid component (modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) and polyether polyol (152/100 by weight)) polyurethane elastomer grade, reinforced with 15% milled glass fiber (Owens Corning 737, 1/16 inch). It is processed by reaction injection molding (RIM). This grade offers extended gel time, excellent surface quality and high impact resistance. BAYFLEX® XGT-100 (Glass filled) is used in agricultural equipments, heavy-duty trucks, specialty transportation, and marine applications. BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Wollastonite reinforced) by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, containing internal mold release (IMR) and reinforced with 15% wollastonite. It is comprised of two liquid components: diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Offers high impact resistance, flexibility even in extremely cold environment, flexural modulus and excellent cushioning properties. BAYFLEX® 110-35 IMR (Wollastonite reinforced) is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Possible applications include automotive fascias and window glass encapsulations. BAYFLEX® XGT-140 by Covestro is a high impact, excellent surface polyurethane elastomer grade. It consists of two liquid components: modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol. Offers extended gel time. BAYFLEX® XGT-140 is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM). Used in agricultural equipments, heavy-duty trucks, specialty transportation, and marine applications. BAYFLEX® 110-35 by Covestro is a solid urethane elastomer grade, consisting of diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer and polyether polyol component. Offers excellent integrity at de-mold, rapid de-mold time and outstanding physical properties. It is suitable for processing by reaction injection molding (RIM).
