Bayblend® FR3305 TV by Covestro is a flame-retardant polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and high heat resistance along with high melt flow and high surface quality for unpainted parts. Possesses good paintability and provides low emissions and offers high gloss and stiffness, easy processing and high toughness – even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Used in the IT market for business machines, electrical/electronic applications, such as computer, monitor, printer and mobile phone housings. Is also used in TV stand, frame and back cover applications. Bayblend® FR3305 TV by Covestro meets European standard EN 60065. Bayblend® FR3040 by Covestro is a flame-retardant blend of polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS). Exhibits a good balance of qualities, including rigidity, dimensional correctness and stability, great creep resistance, low moisture absorption, and high heat resistance, as well as excellent burning behavior. Paintability and flowability are excellent. Low emissions, excellent rigidity, easy processing, and great toughness even at low temperatures are all features of this material. Injection molding was used to create this product. Thin wall applications, electronics, IT & communication, automotive & transportation applications, lawn & garden equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills), and electrical applications are all recommended (connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products). Bayblend® FR3040 by Covestro complies with UL 94 flame rating. Bayblend® FR410 MT by Covestro is a flame-retardant, rubber modified polycarbonate blend filled with 10% mineral. It exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and high heat resistance. It possesses good paintability and flowability. This grade offers very good UL recognition in small wall thickness. It provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness-even at cold temperatures. Bayblend® FR410 MT by Covestro is processed by injection molding. It is recommended for railway interiors applications. Bayblend® T90 HT by Covestro is a polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and high heat resistance. Possesses good paintability and high flow. Provides low emission, high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness even at cold temperatures. Processed by injection molding. Bayblend® T90 HT by Covestro is suitable as supporting material for energized parts. Bayblend® FR1514 BBS073 by Covestro is a non-reinforced, flame-retardant polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits good chemical-, heat and stress cracking resistance. It is processed by injection molding. Suitable as supporting material for energized parts. Bayblend® FR1514 BBS073 is recommended for electronics, IT, communication, automotive and transportation applications. Other applications include lawn, gardening equipment (riding mowers, hammer drills) and electrical applications such as connectors, cable ducts, other electro-technology products. Bayblend® T65 XF by Covestro is a non-reinforced, polycarbonate & acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. It exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy & stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption and good heat resistance.<br>

This grade offers high impact resistance, strength, improved chemical resistance and stress cracking behavior. It possesses good paintability and flowability. Bayblend® FR3010 provides low emissions and offers high stiffness, easy processing and high toughness-even at cold temperatures. It is processed by injection molding. Applications include medical devices such as insulin pen, patient monitoring devices and automated external defibrillator. Bayblend® T85 XF by Covestro is a polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It has improved flow compared to T85. Bayblend® T85 XF complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. Bayblend® FR3042 by Covestro is a flame-retardant, non-reinforced, polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) blend. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Bayblend® FR3042 is used in thin-wall applications. Bayblend® FR3000 by Covestro is a flame-retardant, easy flowing polycarbonate + acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) blend. Exhibits an excellent balance of properties such as rigidity, high dimensional accuracy and stability, excellent creep resistance, low moisture absorption, good light stability and high heat resistance.
