CoolPoly® E5501 by Celanese is a lightweight, thermally conductive liquid crystal polymer (LCP) grade. Exhibits good electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding (EMI) and radio frequency (RF) shielding characteristics. CoolPoly® E5501 can be processed using injection molding. CoolPoly® D5108 by Celanese is a thermally conductive polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade. Is an electrically insulative, lightweight and net shape moldable grade. CoolPoly® D5108 can be used for its dielectric properties. Designed for injection molding method. Complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating. CoolPoly® D1202 by Celanese is a high flow, thermally conductive polypropylene (PP) grade. Is an electrically insulating, lightweight and netshape moldable grade. CoolPoly® D1202 can be used for its dielectric properties. Designed for injection molding method. It exhibits high toughness, chemical- & UV resistance. It allows design freedom in applications previously restricted to metals. CoolPoly® E3609 by Celanese is a lightweight, netshape moldable polyamide 6 (PA6) grade. It transfers heat and exhibits good thermal & electrical conductivity, electromagnetic shielding (EMI) and radio frequency (RF) shielding characteristics. CoolPoly® E3609 can be processed using injection molding. It is recommended for automotive applications. CoolPoly® E5101 by Celanese is a thermally and electrically conductive polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade. Is a lightweight and netshape moldable grade. Exhibits inherent electromagnetic shielding (EMI) and radio frequency shielding (RFI) characteristics. It is designed for injection molding process. CoolPoly® E5101 complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating. CoolPoly® D5506 by Celanese is a flame retarded, thermally conductive liquid crystal polymer (LCP) grade. It is an electrically insulative, lightweight and net shape moldable grade. CoolPoly® D5506 transfers heat and allows design freedom in metal applications. It is electrically non-conductive and can be used for its dielectric properties. It can be processed by injection molding. It complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating. CoolPoly® D5110 by Celanese is a thermally conductive polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade. Is an electrically insulative, lightweight and netshape moldable grade. CoolPoly® D5110 can be used for its dielectric properties. Designed for injection molding method. Complies with UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating.
