CELSTRAN® PA66-GF20-02P11/12 by Celanese is a polyamide 66 (PA 66 (Nylon 66)) grade, reinforced with 20% long glass fiber of 10 mm long, reducing creep significantly. Designed for injection molding process. Parts made from CELSTRAN® PA66-GF20-02P11/12 possesses outstanding mechanical properties such as high strength and stiffness, minimum warpage and high heat deflection. Offers increased notched impact strength at elevated and low temperatures due to fiber skeleton built in the parts. CELSTRAN® PA66-GF20-02P11/12 can be used for substituting die cast metal with advantage of weight reduction, no corrosion problems and no post treatment. CELSTRAN® PA66-GF60-02 P11/12 by Celanese is a heat stabilized polyamide 66 (PA (Nylon 66)) grade, reinforced with 60% long glass fiber of 11 mm long, reducing creep significantly. Designed for injection molding process. Parts made from it possesses outstanding mechanical properties such as high strength and stiffness, minimum warpage and high heat deflection. CELSTRAN® PA66-GF40-02-Natural by Celanese is a heat stabilized polyamide 66 (PA 66 (Nylon 66)) grade. Is reinforced with 40% long glass fiber. CELSTRAN® PA66-GF40-02-Natural is designed for injection molding process. High density polyethylene filled with 58% long strand glass fiber. CELSTRAN® PEHD-GF60-01 is processed by injection molding. CELSTRAN® PA66-GF40-02P11/15 by Celanese is a heat stabilized polyamide 66 (PA 66 (Nylon 66)) grade, reinforced with 40% long glass fiber of 10 mm long, reducing creep significantly. Designed for injection molding process. CELSTRAN® PPS-CF40-01 by Celanese is a special polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) grade, reinforced with 40% long carbon fiber. Exhibits excellent impact and extremely high modulus properties. CELSTRAN® PPS-CF40-01 is designed for injection molding process. CELSTRAN® PP-GF40-20 AD 3004 Black by Celanese is a high tensile- and impact strength polypropylene (PP) grade. It is reinforced with 40% long strand glass fiber. CELSTRAN® PP-GF40-20 AD 3004 Black is designed for injection molding process. CELSTRAN® PA6-GF50-03 by Celanese is an UV resistant polyamide 6 (PA 6 (Nylon 6)) grade. Is reinforced with 50% long glass fiber and is heat stabilized.
