FR6012 by Borealis is a polyethylene-base resin combined with an advanced flame-retardant filler system. It is a thermoplastic, low-smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant jacket compound. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It provides high mechanical strength, toughness, high flame retardancy, UV resistance, and low-smoke halogen-free (LSHF) flame retardant performance. </li> <li>It is designed for applications requiring reduced smoke generation and minimised corrosive and toxic combustion products. </li> <li>It is used for jackets in energy cables and halogen-free flame-retardant cable compounds. </li> <li>It is also suitable for cable constructions, including applications subject to CPR regulations or installations in public buildings, transportation infrastructure, data centres, and high-occupancy residential and office buildings where strict fire codes apply. </li> <li>It has a shelf life of 15 months. </li></ul>

Bormed™ LE6607-PH

Bormed™ LE6607-PH by Borealis is an additive-free, odorless, recyclable, low density polyethylene (LDPE) grade. It offers ethylene oxide and steam sterilization and good flexibility. It is produced using tubular or autoclave technology. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is designed for processing by extrusion blow molding.</li> <li> It is used in medical devices or pharmaceutical and diagnostic packaging including ampoules for injectionable solutions, bottles for irrigation and IV-solutions.</li> <li> It has a shelf life of 3 years.</li> <li> It complies with EC 1907/2006, USP, DMF and EP regulations.</li> </ul>
