About Bada

Bada was founded in 1997 in Bühl, Germany, and has a major production site in Huesca, Spain. The company specializes in high-quality technical thermoplastic compounds and thermoplastic elastomers. Its product range includes various polyamides (PA), polyesters (e.g. PBT), ABS, PPS, PC, POM, and blends, often reinforced or modified for performance. Bada offers extensive custom development: adjusting melt flow / melt viscosity, reinforcement, and other properties to meet specific customer needs. On sustainability, Bada offers recycled polymer content in some compounds, and has a sustainability product line (BADAGREEN®) using “green” or bio-based polymers (e.g. PA11, PA510) with at least ~25 % “green” content.

Badaflex® TPE-S 20A 1563 by Bada is a thermoplastic elastomer based. It combines the excellent processing qualities of thermoplastics with the elastomer qualities of rubber. Also offers pleasant haptics, maximum toughness, elasticity and low temperature flexibility (down to -50°C) along with very good ozone and weather proofness. Badaflex® TPE-S 20A 1563 by Bada is processed by injection molding.
