Badatron® PPS GK30 TF5 by Bada is a water insoluble, odorless polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) reinforced with 30% glass bead. It is lubricated with polytetrafluoroethylene. Exhibits high dimensional stability, highest rigidity, strength and inherent flame resistance. Is well suited for parts exposed to aggressive media and extreme thermal stress due to its extremely high heat distortion temperatures beyond 250°C. Badatron® PPS GK30 TF5 is suitable for processing by injection molding. Possible application include precision parts. Complies with UL 94 V0 flame rating.
