LubriOne™ ATC-000/15T Natural UV by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is lubricated and UV stabilized acetal (POM) copolymer. It possesses very good heat stability and good wear resistance. LubriOne™ A70 MOS2 NC062 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a molybdenum disulfide modified, lubricated PA 66 (polyamide 66) compound. It exhibits normal heat resistance. LubriOne™ A70 MOS2 NC062 is suitable for processing by injection molding. LubriOne™ A70 MOS2 3% by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a lubricated, low friction, wear resistant PA 66 (polyamide 66) compound. It exhibits good processing stability. LubriOne™ A70 MOS2 3% is suitable for processing by injection molding. LubriOne™ SF-30GF/15T BK006 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is black colored polyphenylene sulfide [PPS] grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber and PTFE lubricant. It is processed by injection molding. LubriOne™ SF-30GF/15T BK006 is processed at medium to high injection and hold pressure, moderate screw speed, and low back pressure. LubriOne™ PC-10CF/15T BLACK by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) lubricated polycarbonate (PC) grade. It offers low coefficient of friction and improved wear resistance. It enables reduced friction, noise, vibration, heat buildup and improved product durability. It is reinforced with 10% carbon fiber. It is available in black color. It can be processed at low back pressure, moderate screw speed and medium to high injection and hold pressure. LubriOne™ PC-10CF/15T BLACK is designed for processing by injection molding. LubriOne™ PC-000/05T NC006 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is natural colored polycarbonate grade with PTFE lubricant. It is processed by injection molding. It is processed at medium to high injection and hold pressure, moderate screw speed and low back pressure. LubriOne™ PC-000/15T-S2 NATURAL by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is lubricated polycarbonate grade. It is processed by injection molding, It is used in appliance components, conveyer parts and printer parts. LubriOne™ PC-15GF-10T-2S FR V0 BK702 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is black colored, self-lubricating and wear-resistant polycarbonate grade with halogen-free flame retardant & PTFE + silicone lubricant and reinforced glass fiber. It offers low coefficient of friction and improved wear resistance properties. It enables reduced friction, heat build-up, noise & vibration, lower power requirements, low maintenance, design flexibility and reduced weight. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in transportation, industrial, household, healthcare, electrical & electronic and water management applications such as:-plumbing handles, check valves as well as fittings and irrigation pivot & spigot heads. It is suitable for applications in contact with drinking water (NSF 61). LubriOne™ AT-000-10T NATURAL by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is acetal (POM) copolymer grade with PTFE lubricant. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is processed at medium to high injection and hold pressure, moderate screw speed and low back pressure.
