Dynaflex™ D3202-1000-03 YL by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is an easy processing, general purpose thermoplastic elastomer (TPE). It is designed for consumer applications such as toys. It exhibits good melt strength, processability, dry and soft touch feel, and excellent melt stability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and thermoforming processes. Dynaflex™ D3202-1000-03 YL is RoHS compliant. Dynaflex™ G7940-9001-02 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a black colored, general purpose thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Provides good flow, non-slip grip, rubbery feel, soft touch, good processability and good processing stability. Is a recyclable material and allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in households products/ consumer goods, seals, gaskets, overmolding, flexible grips, soft touch applications and sporting goods. Dynaflex™ G7940-9001-02 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, UL 94.QMFZ2.E76261, FMVSS 302 and RoHS. Dynaflex™ G7930-9 NSFG by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a black colored, general purpose thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. Is a recyclable material, has low coefficient of friction, and allows overmold adhesion to polypropylene. Exhibits ozone- and UV resistance. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Dynaflex™ G7431-1001-00 is used in applications requiring a tough and durable material such as households products/ consumer goods, appliance components, overmolding, gardening, electrical/ electronic- and outdoor applications.
