Barricade™ BA5400-0003 by Avient (Formerly PolyOne) is a heat resistant, high performance cross-linkable elastomer based on Fortrex™ Technology. It shows improved tear strength over general purpose TPV, silicone and fluorosilicone materials. It provides high compression set performance (>175°C), easy processing and lighter weight solution. It maintains the design flexibility and processing capabilities of thermoplastics. It can be processed using extrusion. Barricade™ BA5400-0003 is designed for use in tubing, hoses, seals, gaskets, consumer, healthcare and industrial applications. Barricade™ BA5400-0001 by PolyOne is a high performance, heat resistant, cross-linkable elastomer based on Fortrex™ Technology.
