It shows long-term environmental stability. It provides good impact strength, tensile strength and high elongation at yield for ABS like snaps, buckles, and clips. It offers excellent surface quality, accuracy and repeatability. It does not require secondary thermal cure. Figure 4® Tough 65C Black is used in load bearing parts such as jigs, fixtures, prototypes, handles, cranks, knobs, and levers. It is also used in structural parts like brackets, snap-fits, and custom fasteners. It has applications for general use, sporting goods, consumer products, sensor holders, guides, latching connectors, board connectors for data devices and white goods. It is suitable for long term use parts for indoor and outdoor applications. Figure 4® Tough 65C Black is biocompatible-capable per ISO 10993-5 and is UL 94 HB rated for flammability. Figure 4® Tough 60C White by 3D Systems is general use, autoclavable, biocompatible, versatile production grade designed specifically for both batch-run, end-use part manufacturing and prototyping applications. It exhibits clean long lasting bright white color. It shows long-term environmental stability. It provides good impact strength, tensile strength and elongation. It offers excellent surface quality, accuracy, and repeatability. It does not require secondary thermal cure. Figure 4® Tough 60C White is used in consumer products, wearable devices, clinical trials medical devices such as tools, handles, and small plastic parts. It is also used for load bearing parts such as handles, cranks, knobs, levers and structural parts like brackets, snap-fits, and custom fastener. It is suitable for long term use parts for indoor and outdoor applications. Figure 4® Rigid Gray by 3D Systems is a photopolymer designed for functional prototyping and low volume production parts. It possesses high contrast gray color ideal for detail visualization for textures and lettering. Exhibits balanced thermal and mechanical properties. It provides excellent surface quality, accuracy and repeatability. It does not require secondary thermal cure. It offers long term indoor and outdoor environmental stability. It is suitable for painting, laser-etching and plating. It is recommended for prototyping and production for consumer products. Figure 4® Rigid Gray is recommended for static rigid production components like housings and covers. It is biocompatible as per ISO 10993-5. Figure 4® High Temp 150°C FR Black by 3D Systems is a rigid, self-extinguishing, halogen free flame retarded photopolymer resin. It shows long-term environmental stability. It is recommended for consumer, transportation, and aerospace applications that require high temperature like brackets, covers, and circuit board housings and covers. It is suitable for parts of train and buses, electrical and under hood housings, rigid covers, hangers and brackets. It offers high heat deflection temperature for demanding applications. It requires no secondary thermal cure. It delivers excellent surface quality, accuracy, and repeatability. Figure 4® High Temp 150°C FR Black is capable of painting and plating. It is compliant with U.S. Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 25.853 and FAR Part 23.853 at 3mm thickness.
