DuraForm® GF Plastic by 3D Systems is a polyamide (PA) grade filled with glass. Possesses excellent mechanical stiffness and exhibits elevated temperature resistance. Provides good dimensionally stability and is compatible with autoclave
sterilization. Offers durability, versatile application capability and eliminates tooling time and cost. DuraForm® GF Plastic by 3D Systems used in durable prototypes, enclosures and housings that require elevated stiffness & heat resistance, low to mid volume direct manufacturing of end-use parts, aircraft & motorsports parts and sporting goods. DuraForm® FR 100 Plastic by 3D Systems is a halogen-free, flame retardant printing/ prototyping plastic resin which is antimony free. Is a sintering prototyping polymer and is designed for injection molded plastics. Exhibits low smoke density and toxicity, durability, easy to process, no emission of corrosive gases, excellent toughness and good impact resistance. DuraForm® FR 100 Plastic is recommended for aerospace and aircraft cabin, compartment & cargo, computers, business equipment, electrical appliances, telecommunications equipment, building and structural components. Suitable for transportation, complex, thin-walled ductwork, unmanned air vehicles (UAV’s), housings and enclosures, connectors, vehicle dashboards & grilles, bumpers, rapid manufacturing, consumer goods and sporting products. Can be applied for building prototypes that withstand functional testing, creation of accurate and repeatable custom parts. Complies with FAR 25.853 and UL 94 V-0 Flame Rating. DuraForm® EX Plastic is a polypropylene and acrylonitrile butadiene atyrene (PP/ABS) alloy. Available in natural and black color. Possesses outstanding toughness, repeatable mechanical properties & exhibits good processability and high impact resistance. Can be processed by prototyping and injection molding. Used in complex & thin-walled ductwork, motorsports, aerospace, unmanned air vehicles (UAV’s), housings, enclosures, impellers, connectors, consumer sporting goods, vehicle dashboards & grilles, bumpers, snap-fit designs and tear resistant living hinges. DuraForm® EX Plastic is a polypropylene and acrylonitrile butadiene atyrene (PP/ABS) alloy. Available in natural and black color. Possesses excellent surface resolution & exhibits good processability, chemical resistance and low
moisture absorption. Used in functional prototypes, complex & thin-walled ductwork, motorsports, aerospace, housings, enclosures, impellers, connectors, vehicle dashboards & grilles, snap-fit designs, parts requiring machining or joining with adhesives and produces durable end-use parts without
tooling. Complies with USP Class VI testing.
