Viper Hi-Resolution Exact™ and Viper High-Resolution Thin Layer™ can be used for tested build styles. Accura® Sapphire Plastic by 3D Systems is recommended for accurate print material for jewelry and fine featured pattern production and can be burned out for direct casting. Accura® Bluestone™ Plastic by 3D Systems is a high rigidity, engineered nanocomposite 3D printing/ prototyping plastic resin. Is a SLA (Stereolithography) prototyping polymer and is designed for injection mold tooling. Exhibits exceptional stiffness, humidity resistance, excellent accuracy and non-settling formulation. Offers high temperature resistance up to 250 °C, making it suitable for tooling, resistance to deformation even under heavy loads, maintenance of properties over time, consistent mechanical properties, even on long builds and maximize reliability with no user R&D. EXACT™ can be used for tested build styles. Accura® Bluestone™ Plastic by 3D Systems is recommended for automotive wind-tunnel testing for the motor sports and aerospace industries, production of CMM/inspection assembly jigs & fixtures, lighting design and other applications where heat-generation from electrical components may be a factor. Suitable for covers and enclosures of electrical and mechanical components, water-handling products, such as pump & impeller design or other components, automotive “under-the-hood” applications, housings and enclosures. Can be applied for electronic applications, such as insulating components, connectors, adaptor fittings, bases, sockets and areas where ceramics might be used and soft tooling. Accura® PEAK™ Plastic by 3D Systems is a polyether aryl ketone (PAEK) grade. Is suitable for processing by stereolithography. Possesses excellent moisture stability, excellent thermal stability, good dimensional stability, high stiffness, high strength, excellent accuracy, elevated temperature resistance, humidity stability and adverse environments resistance. Accura® PEAK™ Plastic by 3D Systems used in high temperature applications such as water and fluid handling components, wind tunnel models, high definition master patterns, fixtures, gages and jigs, aerospace and motorsports applications, under-the-hood automotive parts and thermoforming tools. Accura® 48HTR Plastic by 3D Systems is a 3D printing prototyping plastic resin. Is a SLA (Stereolithography) prototyping polymer. Exhibits temperature resistance to 130 °C, low viscosity formulation, moisture resistance, high rigidity and humidity. Provides extended part life, modulus in humid environments, strength, constant shape, fast recoating and cleanliness. Viper™ - EXACT™, EXACT™-HR and Viper™ Pro - EXACT™ can be used for tested build styles. Accura® 48HTR Plastic is recommended for automotive testing for under the hood applications, transmission fluid flow analysis and visualization, coolant flow analysis, heating air duct models, intake manifold design analysis and verification. Suitable for electronic controls prototypes, aerospace wind tunnel models and long lived prototypes. Accura® ABS Black (SL 7820) by 3D Systems is acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Accura® ABS White (SL 7810) is a rigid and tough acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) grade. Exhibits high quality, good dimensional stability & simulates and replace CNC-machined ABS articles. Used in master patterns, concept models, functional prototypes & general parts and short-run production parts. Designed for use on solid state SLA® platforms and RenShape® SL 7810. Accura® SL 7840 is a white colored, accurate and durable polypropylene (PP) grade. Used in building concept models and functional prototypes where snap-fit property is required. Accura® Xtreme™ White 200 is an ultra tough and durable plastic to replace CNC machined polypropylene and ABS articles. Resists breakage and handles
challenging functional assemblies. Used in snap fits, assemblies & demanding applications and master patterns for vacuum casting.
