EUROPRENE® N 4560 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It is vulcanized by sulfur based systems or peroxides. Shows low permeability of vulvanized articles and mechanical properties. Exhibits improved low temperature properties by adding polar plasticizers like synthetic esters of adipic, sebacic or phtalic acids. Provides resistance to oil, heat, light, aliphatic hydrocarbon swelling and ozone. EUROPRENE® N 4560 is used in gaskets for oil bath, transformers, fuel hoses, oil sealing rings, hydrocarbon ducts and flat gaskets for carburettors. Complies with BS OHSAS18001, EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.
