TOPASBLEND® 16-024 by Topas Advanced Polymers is an opaque, ductile, low density cyclic olefin copolymers (COC) blend. Possesses high heat distortion temperature, excellent biocompatibility and extremely low water absorption. Exhibits very good electrical insulating properties, good acid and alkali resistance. Possible application include packaging. TOPASBLEND® 16-024 complies with ISO 10993 and US Pharmacopoeia XXIII-Class VI. Meets with the requirements of FDA directive 21 CFR 177.1520 and is listed with USA, Drug Master File (number 12132) and Device Master File (number 1043).
