Termoton® V2GA1065A

Termoton® V2GA1065A by Termopol is a 100% recyclable, UV stabilized, soft thermoplastic vulcanizate elastomer based on polypropylene (PP) and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM). Exhibits high strength elasticity, good processability, good UV-, ozone-, heat- and weathering resistance, excellent wet & dry grip, high plasticizing speed and rubbery touch. Offers excellent alcohol-, base-, acid- and detergent resistance, medium solvent resistance, good colorability, transparency, abrasion resistance & hardness, high fatigue resistance, low compression set even at high temperature and high thermal & electric insulation. Shows good heat adhesion to rigid materials like PA (polyamide), PC (polycarbonate), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PMMA (polymethylmethacrylate), PS (polystyrene), SAN (styrene acrylonitrile) and TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) polymers, medium motor oil resistance and high elastic recovery. Can be processed using injection molding. Termoton® V2GA1065A is suitable for use as color masterbatches. Complies with REACH, RoHS, FDA and UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
