Telene® 1651 by Telene (RIMTEC Corporation) is a low density dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) thermosetting resin. It offers ease of painting and good adhesion capabilities. It provides good dimensional stability, excellent combination of stiffness and impact resistance even at low temperature (-40°C), outstanding chemical resistance in acid & base and excellent electrical insulation. It is designed for processing using reaction injection molding (RIM). Telene® 1651 is suitable for commercial and industrial applications including body panels for cars, trucks, buses and off-highway equipment.
