Sarlink® TPV 4775B42 by Teknor Apex is a resilient, thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It offers chemical-, abrasion- & UV-resistance, good flexibility & processability, low density and high flow. It exhibits medium hardness, excellent flexural fatigue endurance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties and good weather resistance. It has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency because of its recyclability. Sarlink® TPV 4775B42 can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It can be used in automotive applications like exterior parts & window, encapsulation and rubber replacement. It is RoHS compliant.
