Sarlink® TPV 3140 by Teknor Apex is a low-hardness, medium-heat-resistant thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. Excellent fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance up to 135°C, great electrical characteristics, abrasion resistance, and chemical and weathering resistance. It has a high impact strength, a low specific gravity, a low tension and compression set, and is colorable. It lowers production costs by reducing cycle times, reduces energy consumption, and has a high material efficiency due to its recyclability. It can be recycled multiple times without losing its physical qualities. It can be processed using extrusion and injection molding. Seals, profiles, gaskets, and diaphragms are just a few of the applications. Automotive (under hood applications, sealing systems), hoses, pipes, construction, film, household appliances, power tools, sports and leisure articles, personal care products, and wire & cable jacketing are all possible applications. GM QK 003511 is one of the automotive requirements that Sarlink® TPV 3140 by Teknor Apex meets. SAE J3000 Color: Black, BLK Black, and SAE J3000 Color: Natural.
