Sarlink® 3139DN by Teknor Apex is an opaque, resilient thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade with high hardness and medium heat resistance. Exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, resistance to high temperatures up to 135°C, outstanding electrical properties, abrasion resistance and excellent resistance to chemicals & weathering. Has high impact strength, low specific gravity, low tension & compression set and good colorability. It reduces production costs due to its shorter cycle times, reduces energy needs and has very high material efficiency as a result of its recyclability. Sarlink® 3139DN by Teknor Apex can be reprocessed through several heat cycles without loss of physical properties. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Desired for applications like seals, profiles, gaskets and diaphragms. Potential applications include automotive (under hood applications, sealing systems), hoses, pipes, building, film, household appliances, power tools, sports and leisure articles, personal care products, wire & cable jacketing. Complies with automotive specifications such as GM QK 3532 Type 2 Color: Black, GM QK 3532 Type 2 Color: Natural and PSA Peugeot-Citroën SPA X62 3458.
