SURPREN™ SNR239 by Sundow Polymers is chloroprene rubber that is made from the monomer 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene and mercaptan modifier. It has excellent light-, aging-, flexural-, acid-, alkali-, oil- and heat resistance. It exhibits medium crystallinity, good physical and mechanical properties. Its comprehensive performance is incomparable to other synthetic rubber. SURPREN™ SNR239 is designed for general rubber applications, extruded bars, hoses, tapes, rubber seals, wire and cable jackets.
