Nexlene™ NX401 is an mMDPE. It is based on metallocene catalyst. Shows well balanced characteristics between physical properties, hygienic properties and processability. Provides excellent impact strength, enhanced toughness, superior transparency and low heat seal temperature. Processability provides decrement of load and pressure, increment of output with enhanced bubble stability. Also exhibits low migration, improved organoleptic property and low odor during film processing. Designed for roto molding applications. Used in manufacturing of pipes.
