Reon® 57-11

Reon® 57-11 is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) suspension homopolymer resin. Can be processed by calendering, injection and blow molding. Possesses low molecular weight & offers high melt flow, low fish eye/ low dark resin count for transparent applications. Exhibits uniform coarseness of grains for bulk handling/ optimum requirement of lubricant/ more uniform fluxing in the barrel. Used in rigid films/ sheet for blister packaging, cooling tower frills, bottles & containers for cosmetic, mineral water, edible oil, shampoo and display jars, pipe fittings, handles and foam board. Meets the IS 10151 requirements on PVC and its Copolymers for its safe use in contact with foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and drinking water. Conforms to the positive list of constituents as presented in IS 10148.
